Group Mental Health Coaching for Teen Girls
Captivate is a small group experience for teen girls providing tools to help navigate the challenges in life including friends, family, school and culture with an emphasis on our identity in Christ and walking in His plan and purpose for our lives.
Scholarships are available for group and private student sessions
so there is no cost to the family.

Expressive Arts is a small group experience suited for those who prefer to convey their thoughts and feelings with few words. Many art forms are employed to help overcome anxiety and depression with creativity and fun in a safe, friendly atmosphere. Each session includes expressive art as well as breathing and relaxation exercises to calm
the body and spirit.
